• Role: Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance
• Department: Quality Assurance (API Industry)
• Location: Hikal Limited, KIADB Industrial Area, Jigani, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore – 560105, India
• Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech
• Experience: 12–15 years in Quality Assurance within the API industry

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct investigations for Out of Specification (OOS), deviations, and complaint handling.
• Manage validation processes, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits in API manufacturing facilities.

Key Skills

• Expertise in QMS implementation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in investigating OOS, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Strong knowledge of validation protocols and regulatory compliance in the API industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
