- Experience: 2–6 years in formulation development for oral solid dosage forms
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature searches and interpret data to understand products targeted for development.
- Design and develop primary product strategies and prepare strategies for discussion with group/team leaders.
- Plan and execute product development activities to achieve desired product profiles, including data compilation.
- Perform formulation optimization trials and process optimization trials, evaluating and compiling results.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and assist in documenting controlled documents and development data.
- Support the execution of scale-up, exhibit batches, characterization batches, process validation batches, and commercial batches at manufacturing locations.
- Prepare documentation for smooth execution, including Justification of Specification, Quality by Design (QbD) elements, and Master Formula Card (MFC).
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across multiple markets, including India, US, Other Advanced Markets (OAM), and Emerging Markets (EM).
