Process Safety – Officer to Senior Executive
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Process Safety equipment (Reaction Calorimeter – RC, Thermal equipment like ARC/DSC, powder safety tools)
- Knowledge of thermal/runaway reaction studies, dust explosion testing, and hazard evaluation
- Support safe process scale-up and risk assessment
PR&D – Junior Research Associate to Research Associate II
- Qualification: M.Sc Organic Chemistry / PhD in Chemistry
- Experience: 0–5 Years
- Key Skills:
- Process development for API, intermediates, KSM from lab to commercial scale
- Route scouting, optimization, impurity profiling, and process safety integration
- Experience in peptide synthesis and flow chemistry is a strong advantage
- Transitioning lab discoveries into robust, safe, cost-effective manufacturing processes
Production – Kilo Lab – Junior Officer to Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 0–5 Years
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on kilo lab and pilot plant scale-up activities
- Operating 50 L cylindrical reactors for synthesis and process development
- Proficient in ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer) for filtration and drying
- Batch charging, monitoring, documentation, and safe handling of reactions
