- Production DS: Column packing/unpacking (AKTA), chromatography, buffer preparation, TFF, centrifuge, QMS
- IT: GxP applications, networking, hardware, server management, data integrity (21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong documentation, compliance, and teamwork skills
- Biologics company experience highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform environmental monitoring, media preparation, BET, MLT, and sterility testing
- Conduct cell-based assays, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, HPLC, and other QC tests
- Execute formulation activities including filling, lyophilization, and QMS documentation
- Handle upstream/downstream processing, chromatography, and buffer preparation
- Manage IT infrastructure, GxP systems, and data integrity compliance
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards
