Job Responsibilities
- Analyze prototype and stability samples to ensure product quality.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for assay, related substances, and dissolution testing.
- Evaluate multimedia dissolution profiles to support formulation development.
- Conduct specialized studies, including:
- Drug-excipient compatibility
- Filter compatibility
- Forced degradation
- Material contact and tubing compatibility
- Diluent compatibility
- Photostability
- Excursion studies
- Freeze-thaw stability
- Solubility studies
- Calibrate analytical instruments to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectroscopy, and Dissolution Tester.
- Proficiency in Empower-3 software for data acquisition and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, USFDA, UKMHRA) and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of cGMP standards and laboratory safety protocols.
