Job Description

Intas is hiring for shop floor, supervisory, and executive roles in manufacturing, packing, quality control, and engineering at its regulated formulation facilities. Preference for candidates with USFDA/MHRA/EU exposure in OSD and Injectable production.

OSD – Manufacturing (Sr. Officer / Officer / Technician)

• Department: OSD-Manufacturing

• Experience: 3–10 Years

Injectable – Manufacturing (Sr. Officer / Officer / Technician)

• Department: Injectable-Manufacturing
• Qualification: B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI

OSD – Packing (Sr. Officer / Officer / Technician)

• Department: OSD-Packing
• Qualification: B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 3–10 Years

Injectable – Packing (Sr. Officer / Officer / Technician)

• Department: Injectable-Packing
• Qualification: B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 3–10 Years

Quality Control (Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer)

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in regulated formulation plants (USFDA, MHRA, EU preferred)
• Proficiency in OSD/Injectable processes: granulation, compression, coating, filling, lyophilization, packing
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, documentation, and quality systems
• Shift readiness and strong technical/analytical skills
• Candidates interviewed at Intas in last 6 months need not apply

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing/packing operations in OSD and Injectable lines
• Perform in-process checks, equipment handling, and batch documentation
• Conduct QC analysis (chemical/microbiological) and stability testing
• Maintain engineering equipment, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and handle deviations
• Support shift operations and team coordination
