Operator – Sr. Operator (Production)
- Department: Production (Injectables)
- Qualification: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma

Sr. Officer – Sr. Executive (Production)

- Experience: 2–10 Years
- Job Profile:
- Supervising shop floor operations in sterile injectables
- Oversee Filtration, Filling, Sealing, Stoppering, Garment Washing, Vial Washing, Autoclave
- Manage Ophthalmic, Suspensions, Lyophilized product operations
- Team training and QMS (Quality Management System) compliance
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in sterile/aseptic injectable manufacturing
- Proficiency in operating filling lines, lyophilizers, autoclaves, vial washers, and garment washers
- Knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom protocols
- Understanding of QMS elements (deviations, CAPA, change control) for supervisory roles
- Ability to work in controlled environments and shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor aseptic filling, sealing, stoppering, and lyophilization processes
- Operate and maintain equipment like autoclaves, vial washers, and filtration systems
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and sterility assurance
- Conduct compounding for ophthalmic, suspensions, and lyophilized products
- Supervise teams, provide training, and handle QMS documentation (for Sr. Officer/Executive)
- Maintain cleanroom hygiene, garment handling, and batch records
