Open Positions and Requirements
We are hiring for Chemist, Senior Chemist, Technical Trainee, and Fitter/Electrician roles across various departments. Below are the details of the positions, qualifications, and responsibilities:
API Production
Position: Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 1 to 7 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure process optimization and adherence to safety standards.
- Support batch production and documentation activities.
Position: Technical Trainee
- Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Fresher (Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation required)
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in API production operations under supervision.
- Learn and apply GMP guidelines and safety protocols.
- Support process documentation and equipment handling.
Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 1 to 7 years
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and GMP requirements.
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and support audit readiness.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Position: Chemist / Senior Chemist
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 1 to 7 years
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize API synthesis processes for improved efficiency.
- Conduct analytical method development and validation.
- Collaborate on R&D projects to support product innovation.
Engineering
- Position: Fitter / Electrician
- Qualifications:
- ITI (Fitter)
- ITI (Electrical)
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical maintenance (Fitter) or electrical maintenance (Electrician) for production equipment.
- Handle breakdown repairs and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Note for Freshers
- Candidates applying for Technical Trainee roles must have a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic career (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
