Country Manager Role Overview

The Country Manager will spearhead operations across French West African countries, driving business expansion and ensuring operational excellence. This role reports directly to the French West Africa Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience: 10-12 years in pharmaceuticals, with 1-3 years in French West Africa.
• Education: B.Pharm or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Language: Fluent in French (mandatory).
• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Expertise in financial management and P&L oversight.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals.
