- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Dissolution, TOC analyzer, and other QC instruments
- Proficiency in Empower software for analytical work
- Strong knowledge of instrument calibration and operation
- Experience in OOS, OOT, Lab Incident, Deviation handling, and investigation
- Analytical Method Validation, Verification, and Method Transfer expertise
- AQL, IPQA sampling, BMR review, Line Clearance, SWAB sampling, and Control Sample Management
- Audit Trail review of QC instruments and electronic data review
- Review of laboratory log books and stability data
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct instrument calibration and qualification
- Prepare and execute method validation protocols and reports
- Handle investigations for OOS, OOT, deviations, and lab incidents
- Perform IPQA activities including line clearance and BMR review
- Review electronic data, audit trails, and stability records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP standards
