Job Description
MSN Laboratories is conducting a walk-in drive for its Engineering and R&D departments at Unit-III, Bhiknoor. These roles are critical for maintaining state-of-the-art API manufacturing operations and driving process innovation in a highly regulated environment. Candidates must have API industry experience.
Trainee / Junior Executive / Senior Executive / Junior Manager – Engineering
- Department: Engineering (Mechanical, Utility & Projects)
- Experience: Fresher to 12 Years (role-specific)
- Education/Qualification: ITI / DME / B.Tech
- Role: Utilities, Plant Maintenance, and Engineering Projects
Executive / Senior Executive – Research & Development
- Department: Research & Development
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Role: API Process Development and Scale-up
Skills/Qualifications
For Engineering Roles:
- Hands-on experience in API industry (mandatory)
- Knowledge of utilities like cooling towers, compressors, nitrogen plants, and chilling plants
- Expertise in equipment qualification, validation, and preventive maintenance
- Strong documentation and GMP compliance skills
For R&D Roles:
- Strong organic chemistry and reaction mechanism knowledge
- Experience in process development, scale-up, and impurity profiling
- Analytical techniques (HPLC, GC)
- Regulatory knowledge (USFDA, EDQM)
- CRO/CDMO experience not preferred
Key Responsibilities
Engineering:
- Handle maintenance of utilities and plant equipment
- Perform equipment qualification and clean room validation
- Prepare and verify SOPs and technical documentation
- Execute engineering projects efficiently
- Manage calibration and preventive maintenance
R&D:
