Key Responsibilities

• Scientific Content Development:
  • Create slide decks, training manuals, and LBLs for cardiology and diabetology products
  • Develop content on drug mechanisms, clinical data, and therapeutic guidelines
• Skill Development:
  • Train field force on scientific knowledge, selling skills, and performance orientation
  • Design domain-specific modules for client interactions and objection handling
• Training Delivery:
  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions for 200+ field representatives
  • Deliver workshops on product knowledge and competitor analysis
• Field Coaching:
  • Travel (20-30% of time) to coach client-facing colleagues in regions like Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka
  • Provide real-time feedback on pitch delivery and client engagement
• Program Management:
  • Plan and execute training schedules, ensuring coverage across regions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and sales KPIs
