Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in OSD granulation (RMG/FBD/FBC/Blender/Roll Compactor/FBE), compression, coating, capsule filling, blister/bottle packing
- Proficiency in HPLC, UPLC, GC, XRD, PSD, dissolution, and LIMS operations
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring, media preparation, water/product analysis, and microbiology testing
- Expertise in GMP documentation, BMR/BPR preparation, training, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with material receipt, dispensing, storage (oncology & non-oncology), and warehouse operations
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights) in oncology areas
Key Responsibilities
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing equipment
- Perform in-process checks, documentation, and batch record review
- Conduct RM/IP/FP/stability analysis using HPLC/GC and other instruments
- Execute microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and water analysis
- Manage warehouse receipt, dispensing, storage, and inventory compliance
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory guidelines
