Novick Biosciences is looking for a talented and motivated Research Associate to join its Chemistry Research & Development (CRD) department. The role focuses on organic synthesis and is ideal for candidates with hands-on CRO experience in multi-step synthesis and compound characterization.
CRD Research Associate (Synthesis Chemistry)
- Department: Chemistry Research & Development (CRD)
- Experience: 3 to 4 Years
- Education/Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong experience in organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis
- Proficiency in handling reactions from milligram to gram scale
- Expertise in isolation, separation, and purification techniques
- Sound knowledge of spectroscopic methods: NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic and confidence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate joiners preferred
