Skills/Qualifications
- Strong expertise in peptide chemistry, including design and synthesis of complex peptides, conjugates, macrocycles, and amino acid building blocks
- Hands-on experience with peptide synthesizers
- Proficiency in purification techniques such as HPLC, IEX, and GPC
- Experience in analytical methods including UPLC/HPLC and Mass Spectrometry
- Knowledge of structure elucidation using NMR and MS
