- Experience reviewing analytical documents, specifications, test methods, and work records
- Ability to perform analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Problem-solving skills for analytical instruments and manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in pharmaceuticals
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Granulation, Compression, and Coating equipment for OSD production
- Perform HPLC and GC analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Review GMP documents, analytical data, and troubleshoot instruments
- Handle calibration and documentation of process instruments, AHU, and water systems
- Conduct data review and troubleshooting of analytical methods and equipment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements across production and quality functions
