- Strong hands-on experience in respective API functions
- Knowledge of BMR, BPR execution, cGMP, and regulatory standards
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, method development, and Empower software (for Analytical R&D)
- Experience in ZLD, ETP, HAZOP, Technology Transfer, and Process Validation
- Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Execute API production batches and BMR/BPR activities
- Manage Solvent Recovery operations
- Handle ZLD plant, ETP, RO, MEE, and Hazardous Waste Management
- Perform Technology Transfer, Scale-up, and Process Engineering activities
- Conduct Analytical method development, validation, and stability testing
- Ensure GMP compliance and documentation
