Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing setups
- Knowledge of granulation (RMG, FBP/FBD), compression, coating, blister packing, and packaging operations
- Experience handling HVAC systems, water systems, compressors, and chillers
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP system (preferred)
- Exposure to MHRA, EU-GMP, PIC/S, WHO-GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Strong understanding of data integrity and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, and packaging equipment
- Handle HVAC, water systems, compressors, and chillers efficiently
- Ensure manufacturing and packing of tablets, liquid orals, and sachets
- Support RM/PM receipt, dispensing, and FG dispatch operations
- Maintain compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards
- Execute production activities as per GMP guidelines
