Job Description
The Process Engineer (TD&T) will play a key role in bridging R&D and manufacturing by developing scalable, energy-efficient, and sustainable chemical processes. The position involves collaboration with R&D teams during process development and smooth technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D team during process development to create scalable, energy-efficient, and sustainable processes
- Work closely with manufacturing teams for successful technology transfer
- Apply strong fundamentals of Chemical Engineering and unit operations
- Evaluate and implement new technologies such as flow chemistry
- Generate and evaluate data for preparing Basic Engineering Package (BEP) and Detailed Engineering
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities
- Ensure effective documentation and knowledge transfer
Skills/Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in process development and technology transfer
- Strong knowledge of Chemical Engineering fundamentals and unit operations
- Experience in flow chemistry is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D and manufacturing teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning
