Job Description
Sanolet Lifecare is recruiting skilled professionals for key departments in its dry powder injection plant. Roles focus on quality assurance, production supervision, and quality control (chemical and microbiological testing). All positions require hands-on experience in dry powder injections and GMP/GDP practices.
QA Department
- Positions: Manager (1 position), Sr. Executive (2 positions)
- Experience: Manager: 10–12 years; Sr. Executive: 5–7 years
- Key Focus: Handle complete Quality Management System (QMS), qualification, calibration, validation, in-process activities, regulatory audits, compliance.
Production Department
- Positions: Executive (1 position)
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Key Focus: Document handling, supervision of skilled/unskilled labor, adherence to GMP/GDP practices and aseptic behavior.
QC (Chemical) Department
- Positions: Executive (1 position)
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Key Focus: Operation of instruments like HPLC, TOC, UV Spectrophotometer; strong GDP knowledge.
QC (Micro) Department
- Positions: Executive (1 position)
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Key Focus: BET method validation, media fill validation, growth promotion test, sterility test, MLT test.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Mandatory experience in dry powder injection (beta-lactam/cephalosporin/carbapenem) manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and aseptic processing
- Expertise in QMS, CAPA, OOS, OOT handling, protocol/SOP preparation
- Hands-on with analytical instruments (HPLC, TOC, UV, etc.) and microbiological testing (sterility, BET, MLT)
- Ability to manage audits, validation, qualification, calibration activities
- Leadership for production teams and labor supervision
- Independent documentation and compliance skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant-wide QMS, validation, and qualification programs
- Handle CAPA, OOS, OOT investigations independently
- Prepare protocols, SOPs, and ensure regulatory audit readiness
- Supervise production operations with focus on GMP and aseptic standards
- Operate and maintain QC instruments for chemical analysis
- Perform microbiological tests including sterility, BET, media fill, and MLT
- Ensure GDP compliance across all activities
- Coordinate with teams for in-process checks and quality assurance
