Job Description
SP Accure Labs is hiring immediate joiners for key roles across Packing Injectables, OSD Production, Engineering, and Microbiology departments. These positions are ideal for experienced professionals in formulation manufacturing, quality management systems (QMS), and production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred candidates are male with relevant injectable or OSD experience and ready to join immediately.
Packing Injectables
- Department: Packing Injectables
- Role: Operator/Executive
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm/M.Pharm
OSD Production (Line Incharge & Operators)
- Department: OSD Production
- Role: Jr. Executive/Executive (Line Incharge)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Department: OSD Production
- Role: Operators (Granulation, Coating, HME, Compression, Capsule filling)

Engineering

Skills/Qualifications
- Strong formulation pharma experience is mandatory
- Expertise in QMS activities including investigations, root cause analysis, change control, incidents, deviations, CAPA, and recall
- Hands-on knowledge of optical/visual inspection and BMR preparation & review
- Proficiency in granulation, coating, compression, packing, HME, and capsule filling operations
- Experience in process engineering, mechanical instrumentation, and calibration of injectable equipment
- Skills in MLT validations, BET validations, sterility test validation, microbial method validations, and risk assessment document preparation
- Ability to handle BMR, BPR, and SOP preparation and review
- Preferred: Male candidates ready for immediate joining
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise granulation, coating, compression, and packing activities on the shop floor
- Perform optical/visual inspection and BMR preparation/review for injectables
- Handle QMS documentation including investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Plan and execute line activities for OSD production as Line Incharge
- Conduct equipment calibration, instrumentation, and process engineering tasks
- Perform microbiology validations such as MLT, BET, and sterility tests with risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs during manufacturing operations
