Available Positions
We are hiring experienced professionals for the following roles:
1. Production Injectable
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc.
Positions:
- Line Chemist:
- Expertise in compounding and filling processes
- Proficiency in aseptic operations and troubleshooting equipment
- Knowledge of cGMP and sterile manufacturing protocols
- Operators:
- Roles in vial washing, vial filling, lyophilization, and cleaning/filling operations
- Hands-on experience with sterile equipment and aseptic techniques
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compounding, filling, and lyophilization processes
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain aseptic conditions
- Open Positions: Multiple
2. QA-IPQA Injectable
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) practices and injectable manufacturing processes
- Expertise in providing line clearances at all stages as per SOPs and Batch Production Control Records (BPCR)
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP)
- Experience in process validation and batch documentation
- Ability to investigate vendor complaints, rejections, and review Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct line clearances and in-process checks during manufacturing
- Validate processes and ensure batch documentation accuracy
- Investigate deviations, complaints, and implement CAPA
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
3. Validation QA
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing process validation and cleaning validation protocols
- Ability to monitor validation activities and review validation reports
- Experience in preparing pre-audit checklists as per customer requirements
- Proficiency in reviewing quality documents (Stability Studies, Process Validation, BMR, MFR, BPR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review validation protocols and reports
- Monitor and ensure compliance during validation activities
- Prepare audit checklists and support customer audits
- Review critical quality documents to ensure regulatory compliance
