Job Description

SRF Limited is actively hiring talented professionals for its Chemicals Business at the Dahej plant to support ongoing growth and operational excellence. These roles span Mechanical maintenance/engineering and Quality Control/Assurance functions in a regulated manufacturing setup focused on specialty chemicals and intermediates.

Senior Executive – Mechanical

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of rotary equipment including RCVD, Screw conveyor, belt conveyor, bucket elevator, reciprocating compressors, reactors, ANF, dryers, ejectors, ATFD, blowers, heat exchangers, axial flow pumps, graphite equipment, vacuum pumps, metering pumps, canned motor pumps, magnetic pumps, and mechanical seals.
  • Hands-on experience in plastics processing methods such as injection molding, compression molding, and extrusion molding.
  • Proficiency in wet lab testing and analytical instruments (GC, GC-MS, UV, KF, pH/conductivity, ion meters), method validation, calibration, reagent preparation, and sampling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
  • Experience with IMS (ISO 9001:2015) and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Expertise in 7 QC tools, internal/external audits (including WHO, USFDA, IATF), CAPA, IPQA activities, BMR/BPR review, process validation, cleaning validation, and hold time studies.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of various rotary and process equipment.
  • Conduct quality testing and analysis using advanced analytical instruments.
  • Execute sampling, method validation, and calibration activities.
  • Handle audits, CAPA implementation, and documentation reviews (BMR/BPR).
  • Support process validation, cleaning, and hold time studies as per protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and quality functions.
