Open Position: Regional Manager (Sales/Business Development)

Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will lead sales and business development efforts for raw materials and ingredients used in generic pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. This role focuses on expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and nutraceutical sectors.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and create strategic business plans.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, effectively presenting product benefits and tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in sales or business development, preferably in generic pharmaceuticals or dietary supplements.
