Job Description
The Clinical Trial Associate will provide essential support to the clinical research team in documentation, regulatory compliance, and site coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in clinical trials within a leading pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation and Administrative Support
- Assist in the maintenance of study documentation including protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and study reports
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper-based study files
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements
Regulatory Compliance Support
- Help prepare and submit regulatory documents to ethics committees and regulatory authorities
- Support adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and local regulations
Site Coordination & Communication
- Track invoice generation and payment process for clinical trial sites
- Perform vendor code generation and track vendor activities
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health) or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research (freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply)
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
