Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Spray Dryer, SKID, Autoclave, and Filling operations
- Strong knowledge of BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) and PFS (Pre-Filled Syringe) Filling
- Expertise in Aseptic manufacturing processes
- Understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in controlled cleanroom environments
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Injectables manufacturing equipment
- Perform BFS, PFS, and Aseptic Filling activities
- Handle Autoclave, Spray Dryer, and SKID operations
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Maintain batch records and documentation
- Support general manufacturing activities
