Sun Pharma is hiring talented professionals for its Halol Plant in Gujarat to strengthen teams in Manufacturing & Packing (Parenteral) and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) operations, along with QMS and Engineering functions. Manufacturing & Packing (Parenteral) – Technician / Management Associate to Executive
- Department: Manufacturing & Packing (Parenteral)
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma, B.Pharma, M.Pharma
- Role: Hands-on roles in general injectable / SH / Cyto Aseptic areas, manufacturing, autoclave, and packing operations.
QMS (Parenteral) – Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive
- Department: Quality Management System (Parenteral)
- Experience: 4-10 years
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Role: Investigation of deviations (UPD), OOS, OOT, environmental monitoring (EM), change control (CC), and CAPA management.
Manufacturing (OSD) – Technician / Management Associate to Executive
- Department: Manufacturing (OSD)
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma, B.Pharma, M.Pharma
- Role: Granulation, compression, coating, blister packing, primary packing, hard gelatin & soft gelatin capsules.
Engineering (Parenteral & OSD) – Management Associate to Executive
- Department: Engineering (Parenteral & OSD)
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Education/Qualification: Diploma / BE in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical
- Role: Tablet plant maintenance, parenteral plant maintenance, utility, HVAC, and water system operations.
Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in aseptic manufacturing, sterile injectables, cytotoxic (Cyto), and sterile handling (SH) processes
- Strong knowledge of QMS documentation, deviation investigation, OOS/OOT handling, CAPA, and change control
- Expertise in OSD operations including granulation, compression, coating, and blister packing
- Technical skills in equipment maintenance for tablet and parenteral plants, utilities, HVAC, and water systems
- Regulatory compliance mindset with exposure to GMP and parenteral standards
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing and packing activities for parenteral and OSD products
