Job Description

The IMS Specialist I plays a key role in the Clinical Solutions finance team, managing investigator payments, grant processing, and financial reconciliation for global clinical trials using IMPACT and Medidata platforms.

The position combines medical records handling, invoice processing, and collaboration across clinical operations, project management, accounts payable/receivable, and contracts teams.

  • Ensure accurate coding of third-party invoices and prepare audit-ready reports
