Job Description

Tagoor Laboratories is expanding its Business Development team to drive sales of APIs, Intermediates, and KSMs in key international markets. The role involves strategic sales execution, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth. Professionals with proven experience in API sales, particularly in LATAM and Europe, will find excellent opportunities to contribute to the company’s global expansion.

Business Development / Sales Manager (Pharma API & Intermediates)

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven track record in LATAM and/or Europe markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements including DMF and CEP filings
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare business forecasts
  • Experience in coordinating with R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive API business development in India, LATAM, and Europe
  • Identify new customers and expand existing accounts
  • Manage complete sales cycle from RFQ to closure
