TEADUS Pharma is recruiting motivated graduates to support Production R&D activities in its API/formulation manufacturing operations.
This role offers structured on-the-job training in batch manufacturing, equipment handling, documentation, and GMP compliance—ideal for building a strong foundation in pharmaceutical production.
Production R&D – Various Roles (0–3 Years)
- Department: Production R&D
- Market: Pharmaceuticals – API & Formulation Manufacturing
- Role: Production Associate / Junior Executive / Trainee
- Experience: 0–3 Years
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Skills/Qualifications
- Basic understanding of chemical processes, reaction monitoring, and lab safety
- Willingness to learn GMP, SOP adherence, and cleanroom/plant hygiene practices
- Good observation, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Interest in scaling lab processes to production batches
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in batch manufacturing activities as per BMR/BPR under supervision
- Operate and monitor production equipment and processes as per SOP guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and records during production activities
- Support coordination with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices in the production area
- Participate in process trials, scale-up experiments, and troubleshooting
- Report deviations, breakdowns, and observations promptly
