Job Details
- Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources
- Location: Derabassi, Punjab
- Experience: 5+ Years in HR (Pharma industry experience preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA-HR or certifications like SHRM-CP/PHR preferred)
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, including salary revisions, reimbursements, and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity).
- HRMIS Expertise: Manage HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives like morale-building activities, recognition programs, and internal communication to foster a positive work culture.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, GMP standards, and company policies; support audits and maintain HR documentation.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding; develop strategies to attract top talent in the pharma industry.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, set performance standards, and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
