As a Supply Chain Planning Co-Op, you will provide specialized knowledge and support across our Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management groups. You will play a vital role in maintaining master data, tracking key performance indicators, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to help achieve our supply chain goals.
Please note: This position is for students currently enrolled in a university co-op program through Summer 2026. University documentation verifying enrollment will be required.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your specific duties will be dynamic and based on team priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining production and delivery forecasts within the MySupply system.
- Updating and managing the Vendor Statement database to ensure accuracy.
- Supporting the preparation of client inventory reports and assisting with client inventory audits.
- Tracking and reporting on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain team.
- Contributing to process improvement projects and participating in change management initiatives.
- Upholding a safe working environment and reporting any potential hazards.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED is required.
- Currently enrolled in a College/Technical School diploma or University degree program in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in a formal co-op program.
Experience (Assets):
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Experience with data compilation and analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously to meet objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
