Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Resource Analyst to support efficient resource management within its PPD clinical research portfolio. This role focuses on forecasting, tracking, and optimizing clinical resources across projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

The position plays a key role in ensuring optimal staffing for clinical trials, contributing to project quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance across therapeutic areas.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project resourcing, forecasting, and tracking tools
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to work with relational databases and generate reports
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and attention-to-detail abilities

  • Utilize dashboards to reconcile and QC resourcing projections
  • Submit proposals for available resources matching experience
  • Undertake projects to improve resourcing processes
  • Mentor and train new team members as needed
