- Experience: 0–4 years in synthesis R&D (freshers with M.Sc Organic Chemistry are welcome)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute chemical reactions to synthesize target molecules or compounds using efficient routes and techniques.
- Support synthesis R&D projects, including custom synthesis, API impurities, and reference standards.
- Analyze and optimize reaction conditions to improve yield and quality.
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug discovery and development projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of organic chemistry and chemical synthesis methodologies.
- Ability to execute and analyze chemical reactions effectively.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or API synthesis is an advantage (for experienced candidates).
