- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech
- Experience: 12–15 years in Quality Assurance within the API industry
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct investigations for Out of Specification (OOS), deviations, and complaint handling.
- Manage validation processes, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits in API manufacturing facilities.
Key Skills
- Expertise in QMS implementation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in investigating OOS, deviations, and customer complaints.
- Strong knowledge of validation protocols and regulatory compliance in the API industry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
