Job Description
EXL Hiring as a Senior Executive – Medical Records / Medical Coding, you will play a key role in leading small teams, mentoring junior coders, ensuring accurate medical coding, and delivering high-quality client service in US healthcare accounts.
The role combines hands-on coding/review with leadership responsibilities to drive productivity and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff members to maintain high engagement and productivity levels
- Provide ongoing training and skill development support to team members
- Monitor and ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service
- Address escalated client issues promptly and resolve them effectively
