Job Description
The Trainer role focuses on successful implementation and management of the training department for backend RCM operations. The trainer will deliver programs for fresher, existing, and experienced colleagues across various RCM scopes, ensuring high productivity, compliance, and performance through classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

Skills/Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (upstream/downstream processes)
- Expertise in denial management, appeal writing (administrative & clinical denials)
- Strong understanding of acute and ambulatory specialties, diagnosis/procedure codes, and denials
- Comprehensive knowledge of UB04 claim form, revenue codes, DRG classifications, bundled payments
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, medical records, and insurance guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze AR claims end-to-end, identify root causes, and drive faster resolution
- Experience handling multiple geos (US/PR/PHL/IND) and delivering training programs
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage training department for RCM backend operations
- Deliver training to fresher/experienced colleagues using classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job methods
- Review training needs/performance monthly, conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and monitor batch progress
- Manage bottom quartile performers and drive productivity improvement
- Develop effective training curriculum, content, and automation
- Collaborate with ops, quality, and training teams to identify improvement areas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development
- Raise/track new hire process credentials and ensure timely completion
- Work on aligned accounts for hands-on experience and experiential training
- Learn new/existing business end-to-end and prepare/modify training curriculum
- Align with organization/team/client culture, mission, vision, and values
- Handle in-person and virtual training effectively
