Job Description

QC-Chemist

Skills/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, KF Titrator, and troubleshooting for QC roles

  • Exposure to DCS/PLC systems, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and installation of field instruments (Control Valve, Mass Flow, Analyser, LT, PT, TT, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of pumps, reactors, ANF, vacuum pumps, mechanical seals, agitators, and filter press
  • Experience in maintenance of reactors, ANF, dryers, heat exchangers, and manpower handling
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in chemical or specialty/agro-chemical plants preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting using HPLC, GC, and KF Titrator
  • Calibrate laboratory and field instruments as per standards
  • Handle daily plant maintenance and shift operations
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot control valves, transmitters, and analysers
  • Maintain reactors, ANF, dryers, pumps, and mechanical seals
  • Manage manpower and attend to breakdown maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and NABL documentation requirements
