- Practical knowledge of pumps, reactors, ANF, vacuum pumps, mechanical seals, agitators, and filter press
- Experience in maintenance of reactors, ANF, dryers, heat exchangers, and manpower handling
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in chemical or specialty/agro-chemical plants preferred
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting using HPLC, GC, and KF Titrator
- Calibrate laboratory and field instruments as per standards
- Handle daily plant maintenance and shift operations
- Install, test, and troubleshoot control valves, transmitters, and analysers
- Maintain reactors, ANF, dryers, pumps, and mechanical seals
- Manage manpower and attend to breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with ISO and NABL documentation requirements
