This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2–8 years of experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations. Spot offers will be given to selected candidates.

Granules India is hiring for the following roles in its OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing facility:

1. Granulation / Wurster Coating

• Role: Operator / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Machines: RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster Coating, Roll Compactor

2. Compression

• Role: Operator / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Machines: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, Cadmach

3. Coating

• Role: Operator / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Machines: Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, Bectochem

4. Bottle / Blister Packing

• Role: Operator / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Machines: Blister – Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, B45; Bottle – CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, Labeling

5. Capsule Filling / Inspection

• Role: Operator / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Machines: AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett Printing, Band Sealing, ACG Capsule Checkweighers, Sensum, Tam Print, Pressfit

6. Warehouse

• Role: Officer / Executive
• Qualification: B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Area: RM / PM / FG handling

7. Engineering (Process Maintenance / HVAC / BMS)

• Role: Technician / Executive
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Area: Process Maintenance, HVAC, BMS

8. Quality Control (QC)

• Role: Officer / Executive
• Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–8 years
• Skills: Instrument Analysis (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS), Micro

All candidates must be willing to work in shift operations.

Skills/Qualifications

• Relevant qualification (ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Pharm)
• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in OSD formulation manufacturing
• Sound knowledge of cGMP and regulatory documentation
• Experience in operating and maintaining listed machines/equipment
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
• Ability to work in shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, packing, and capsule filling machines
• Handle warehouse activities for RM, PM, and FG materials
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, HVAC, and BMS
• Conduct analysis using HPLC, GC, LCMS, and other QC instruments
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
