Job Description
AcuLIFE Healthcare is expanding its team and inviting candidates for walk-in interviews on 25 April 2026. The company is hiring for two key departments:
Production – Sterile Infusion (Parenteral)
- Department: Production (Sterile / Injectable / Infusion)
- Role: Trainee / Officer / Sr. Officer – Sterile
- Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers encouraged)
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in sterile manufacturing, injectables, or infusion products preferred
- Knowledge of Plastic Parenteral / FFS / BFS / Bottle Pack systems is an advantage
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and BMR execution
- Willingness to learn sterile manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sterile infusion manufacturing as per BMR and SOPs
- Operate FFS / BFS / Blow Fill Seal / Bottle Pack machines
- Monitor production parameters and maintain batch records
- Perform line clearance before batch start-up
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Analytical Development Lab (ADL) – Sterile Injectable

Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, TOC)
- Knowledge of method development, validation as per ICH guidelines
- Experience in stability studies and analytical method transfer
- Strong documentation and cGMP/GLP knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical method development and validation for sterile injectables
- Perform stability study sample analysis
- Handle raw material and finished product testing
- Prepare analytical protocols and reports
- Support technology transfer and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
