Job Description
Naprod Life Sciences is hiring for the Formulation & Development (F&D) department. This role focuses on product development, trial execution, and documentation within an OSD manufacturing setup.
F&D Officer
- Department: Formulation & Development

Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing
- Experience in formulation and development processes
- Strong understanding of analytical data review
- Familiarity with regulatory documentation (MFR, PDR, CPP, COA)
- Ability to prepare SOPs and technical documents
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature search for APIs and formulations
- Plan and execute trial batches
- Review analytical data and compare batch results
- Execute process validation batches
- Review PV protocols, BMR, and specifications
- Prepare F&D documentation (MFR, PDR, CPP, COA)
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Assist in artwork preparation
