Job Description

Skills/Qualifications
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality functions
- Technical knowledge of granulation, compression, coating, capsule/softgel filling, or packaging equipment

- Expertise in RM/IP/FP testing, stability studies, GLP, and microbiology (for QC)
- Strong knowledge of validations, QMS, IPQA, and handling market complaints (for QA)
- Ability to work in regulated GMP environments
- Good documentation practices and team collaboration skills

- Operate and monitor granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and softgel equipment
- Handle process, packing, and utilities maintenance efficiently
- Perform primary/secondary packing operations for bottles, blisters, powders, and sachets
- Conduct RM, IP, FP, stability, and microbiological testing
- Execute validations, manage QMS, perform IPQA, and handle market complaints
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives
