Job Description
Emcure Pharmaceuticals is expanding its Injectable Unit at Sanand and inviting applications for multiple roles in Production, Packing, and Quality Assurance. These positions focus on manufacturing and quality control of lyophilized, emulsion, and clear liquid injectable products in a regulated environment.
Production Operator
- Department: Production (Injectable Unit)
- Role: Batch Manufacturing Operator
- Experience: Relevant experience in injectable manufacturing preferred Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Packing Operator / Officer
- Department: Packing (Secondary Packing Area)
- Role: Packing Operator / Officer
- Experience: Operational knowledge in packing processes required
- Education/Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
QA Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Role: QA Officer / Exec. / AM
- Experience: Hands-on experience in QMS and validation preferred
- Education/Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Skills/Qualifications
- Operational knowledge of Tunnel, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Filling Machine, Stoppering, and Capping Machines
- Experience in Spray Dryer operation and area cleaning & sanitization
- Proficiency in Secondary Packing, Labeling Machine, and Blister Machine
- Strong understanding of Visual Inspection Process for Lyophilized, Emulsion, and Clear Liquid products
- Expertise in QMS, IPQA, Qualification & Validation, and Investigation
- Regulatory compliance knowledge for injectable manufacturing
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to GMP standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment including Filling and Lyophilized machines
- Perform batch manufacturing and area sanitization as per SOPs
- Handle secondary packing, labeling, and blister operations efficiently
- Conduct visual inspection of injectable products
- Support qualification, validation, and QMS documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols
- Investigate deviations and maintain accurate records
