This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of pharmaceutical materials while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Sourcing Executive

• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA (Supply Chain / Operations preferred)

Skills/Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical Industry procurement
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and packaging materials
• Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage reliable vendors
• Coordinate procurement and purchase activities
• Source pharmaceutical packaging and raw materials
• Handle vendor documentation and compliance
