Job Description
Intas is expanding its Plasma Fractionation Centre capabilities and invites talented engineering professionals for walk-in drives. Roles focus on process plant maintenance, equipment handling, utility operations, calibration, qualification, and compliance in a cGMP-regulated biotech environment.
Executive / Sr. Executive – Engineering
- Department: Engineering
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 3–8 years in Process Plant Maintenance
- Key Requirements: Experience in breakdown maintenance during shifts, execution of planned/unplanned maintenance, preparation & review of preventive maintenance planners, preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification, and building maintenance as per SOPs
Fresher / Apprentice – Engineering
- Department: Engineering
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Instrumentation)
- Experience: Fresher
- Key Requirements: Provide engineering support, handle machine/system upgrades per cGMP, perform planned/unplanned maintenance, execute breakdown/preventive/AMC/building maintenance, carry out/review calibration & documentation, prepare qualification documents (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), SOPs, study protocols, ensure spares availability/procurement
Technician – Engineering
- Department: Engineering
- Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician / Instrumentation
- Experience: 4–10 years in Electrical/Utility/Plant Maintenance/Instrument
- Key Requirements: Perform corrective actions for breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime, execute preventive maintenance plans, operate/monitor utility systems (AHU, EMS, BMS, air compressors, dryers, water/brine chillers, hot water systems), manage electrical infrastructure (VCB, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, diesel generators)
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant engineering/technical qualification (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech or ITI)
- Hands-on experience in mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, or utility maintenance
- Knowledge of cGMP, preventive & breakdown maintenance, calibration, and qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Familiarity with utility systems (AHU, BMS, chillers, compressors) and electrical panels/generators
- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, protocols, and records
- Experience in injectable, biotech, or plasma fractionation industry preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and ensure minimal equipment downtime
