OSD Production & Packing (Operators & Supervisors)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 4 to 8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of Granulation equipment (GEA, Tapasya, ACG)
- Handling Compression machines (GEA, Sejong)
- Coating (NeoCota), Capsule Filling (Bosch, MG2), Spray Dryer
- Blister Packing (CAM, IMA, ACG) and Bottle Packing (CVC)
- Dry Powder Filling and Labelling
- Track & Trace systems (Optel), HAPA Printing, Auto Cartonators
- Exposure to QMS activities (Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA)
Warehouse (Formulations)
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Com / D.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 3 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing of Raw Materials and Packing Materials
- Adherence to GDP and warehouse best practices
Packaging & Development
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Packaging Technology / B.Pharm with PG Diploma in Packaging from IIP
- Experience: 3 to 8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging design and development activities
- Commercial packaging development
- Experience with QMS Software and SAP
Skills / Qualifications Required (Common)
- Relevant experience in Formulation (OSD) manufacturing
- Exposure to regulated markets (USFDA preferred)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
