Piramal Pharma’s Hyderabad team is expanding its R&D capabilities in API and CDMO services. This walk-in interview targets skilled researchers and engineers for analytical method development, synthetic process R&D, scale-up, technology transfer, and plant support in a cGMP-compliant environment.
Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate – Analytical R&D (API/CDMO)
- Department: Analytical Research & Development
- Role: Method development, validation, sample analysis, and release testing
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in Analytical R&D
- Education/Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate – Synthetic R&D

- Role: Process development, experimentation, purification, analytical interpretation, and tech transfer

Skills / Qualifications
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, Empower software (Analytical R&D)
- Expertise in synthetic chemistry, NMR, HPLC, LC-MS interpretation, purification techniques (Synthetic R&D)
- Knowledge of PFD/P&ID, HAZOP, troubleshooting, GMP documentation, scale-up (Process Engg.)
- cGMP awareness and experience in API/CDMO environment preferred
- Strong analytical interpretation, independent experimentation, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work shifts and support technology transfer to manufacturing plants
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods; perform sample analysis and release testing
- Conduct synthetic experiments, interpret data (NMR/HPLC/LC-MS), and purify compounds
- Execute scale-up activities, monitor pilot/validation batches, and troubleshoot processes
- Prepare GMP documentation, PFDs, and support HAZOP studies
- Collaborate on technology transfer from R&D to plant manufacturing
