- Experience in manpower allocation, machine supervision, and GMP-compliant operations
- Understanding of QMS, deviations, CAPA, SOPs, and ALCOA+ principles
- Knowledge of regulatory audits including USFDA, TGA, and MHRA
- Ability to handle equipment calibration, training systems, and safety/EHS compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Raw and Packing Material receipt and dispensing operations in SAP S4 HANA
- Operate automatic inspection machines and manage manual visual inspection of tablets & capsules
- Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and maintain batch records
- Supervise packing line operations and ensure uninterrupted machine performance
- Review documentation, handle investigations, CAPA, and deviations
- Follow GMP, GDP, ALCOA+, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Perform equipment calibration checks and support supervisors as required
- Ensure hygiene, PPE usage, and timely reporting of issues
