Skills/Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of all warehouse activities, audit compliance, QMS, SOP preparation, and staff support
- Expertise in IPQA activities, line clearance, and injectable shop floor operations
- Experience in QMS elements including investigations, root cause analysis, change control, deviations, CAPA, and recall
- Hands-on experience in Optical/Visual Inspection, BMR preparation & review for injectables
- Proficiency in OSD production processes: Granulation, Coating, Compression, HME, and Capsule filling
- Ability to plan, execute, and supervise line operations with GMP compliance
- Knowledge of procuring Raw Materials, API, and packing materials for Purchase role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete warehouse operations, audit readiness, and QMS documentation
- Provide line clearance to production and handle IPQA shop floor activities
- Perform Optical/Visual Inspection and support BMR preparation/review for injectables
- Plan and execute OSD production activities including Granulation, Coating, Compression, and Capsule filling
- Operate, clean, and maintain Coating, HME, Compression, and Capsule filling machines
- Handle QMS investigations, deviations, CAPA, change control, and incidents
- Procure packing materials, raw materials, and API as per requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards
