Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in biosimilar manufacturing (Microbial & Cell Culture)
- Proficiency in large-scale bioreactors (SS/Single-use, wave, perfusion)
- Expertise in chromatography (Akta Pilot/Process), TFF, nanofiltration, and aseptic filtration
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and continuous centrifugation
- Experience with high-pressure homogenizer and filter integrity testing
- Data analysis skills using tools like JMP or SIMCA
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor large-scale bioreactors in Upstream
- Perform chromatography, TFF, and filtration in Downstream
- Execute aseptic techniques and buffer preparation
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and global regulatory standards
- Support technology transfer and process optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation and batch records
